Wax Paper Bags

Wax paper is a kind of packaging paper, which is processed by waxing the surface of the base paper. The base paper is mostly made of sulphate wood pulp. Before coating, keep the base paper dry enough to ensure the penetration of the wax liquid. Wax paper coating mostly uses melt dip coating. Solvent coating, slot coating, or coating on the dryer section of the paper machine or calender can also be used. Decide whether to sizing according to the absorbency requirement when applying wax. Generally, no fillers are added, and it can be dyed or waxed after printing on the base paper.
